Monthly Wind Rose plots (PDF files) based on recent climatology for regions around the marine waters of Victoria, BC.

A) From 2000-2020 (21 years) weather station data at:

• Race Rocks

• Gonzales Pt.

• Discovery Island

B) From ECCC Meteorological Service now-cast High Resolution Deterministic Prediction System (HRDPS) numerical weather model from 2014 through 2022 (9 years), with a 2.5 km resolution (marine regions off):

•  Albert Head

• Esquimalt

• Dallas Road

• Oak Bay

• Gordon Head

All plots generated with Matlab. Weather station data downloaded using web services from ECCC. HRDPS data downloaded from the Salish Sea Cast (UBC) ERDDAP data server.
